Incredibly Fancy Guacamole

Serves: 5
Prep time: 30 minutes

3 avocados Guacamole with chips

1/8 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

1 cup fresh mango, diced small

1/8 cup cilantro, finely chopped

2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup walnuts

Peel and mash avocados. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Serve with corn chips.
