Take Courage Coaching’s Ginger Turmeric Tea

Serves 6
Prep time 15 minutes

3 inches fresh ginger peeled
1 cup water

Place the peeled ginger and water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain the liquid through a tea strainer or piece of cheesecloth. Place ginger concentrate in a teapot with the following ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

2 cups water

1 1/2 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp cardamom

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 Tbsp real maple syrup

Serve hot or cold.

Yummy! Sip on this soothing tea at the end of the day as part of your sleep routine. Not only is it very tasty, but it will also help you feel calm and reduce inflammation.
