Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we hope you will join our second annual 7 Day Self-Love Challenge. This week we are celebrating YOU in a 7-day challenge, encouraging you to extend love and kindness to yourself. We kicked off on Monday, however, this is a challenge you can start any time and repeat often to cultivate a solid, self-love practice. Self-love is essential to achieving a balanced mind and overall health and wellness. Follow us on our social media channels or bookmark this page and revisit as often as you like.

1. Follow the daily prompts
For seven days, follow the prompts outlined in our infographic describing the day’s focus. Each day includes a thought for the day and a short challenge activity and journal prompt. Print our FREE Infographic, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to send it to you by email.
2. Set aside some self-care time
We suggest that you set aside at least 30 minutes per day during the 7 Day Self-Love Challenge. Use this time to spend essential quiet time with yourself, focus on the day’s activity prompt, collect your thoughts, and do some journaling.
We hope you will follow along with us on our 7 Day Self-Love Challenge – a 7-day journey designed to help you create or sharpen your self-care routine and reboot a loving relationship with yourself! Always important, even more so with the added anxiety and stress of the pandemic.
3. Be social with us
Follow us on one or more of these social channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram. Each day, follow the challenge prompt and engage with us accordingly on your favorite social media platform(s) to be eligible for prizes.

4. There will be prizes!
We have a few prizes at the end of our challenge, based on the level of engagement. You can engage by commenting, sharing our posts, and tagging us. Prizes include a grand prize gift card valued at $100 and several winners will win an issue of Breathe Magazine.
In addition to our grand prize winner who will win a $100 Gift Card, we will select several winners to receive a complimentary issue of Breathe Magazine. To be eligible for a prize, engage with us on social media – comment on our posts, share to your story (be sure to tag us), or share on your page or preferred social media platform.

TCCU now hosts a monthly book club for continuing education credits. Becky Curtis, our founder and CEO will be your host. Each month, we will read a book, and host a Zoom session where we will gather as a group, discuss the concepts of the book, and chat about how we may be able to incorporate the ideas and concepts in our health and wellness coaching practice.
Take Courage Coaching is a continuing education provider with NBHWC. (#100068). We will be reading one book a month and meeting for one hour to discuss key concepts along with ways to implement what we are learning into our coaching practice. This will be a time of learning and fun!
