TCC® Career Coaching

Career coaching is integrated into our Member Services program as well as our Health & Wellness Coach Training class.

This partnership underscores TCC’s commitment to our student’s success. Our intention is to see pain coaching become the standard of care for people suffering from chronic pain, and this is how we will achieve that goal.

A career coaching session is designed to help you achieve one or more of the following:

  1. Make progress toward achieving clarity regarding what you want your ultimate career success to look like as a health and wellness coach
  2. Identify ways to leverage your NBC-HWC and CPMC credentials to accelerate your career success
  3. Explore the Career Builder Track, the Business Builder Track or a hybrid of both to establish your path to career success
  4. Develop a 3-month plan for your career acceleration, with specific strategies to achieve your career goals sooner
  5. Perform a personal SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) as part of your custom career planning strategy
