Elaine has been involved with Take Courage Coaching® in several capacities, first as a liaison to Internet healthcare publishing and business advisor, and now a Coach—something she envisioned for herself when she learned about pain management coaching as a PAINWeek™ exhibitor several years ago.  Living with fibromyalgia and joint pain, Elaine uses pacing to avoid exhaustion and stay balanced.  Her quiet-time activities include jigsaw puzzles, reading, and scrabble.  She lives in New Jersey with her husband.
